	Tapping News ... The AAMET requirements for Further Learning and Mentoring for Practitioners are now listed on the Further Learning page of this website. Please read them carefully. Rob Williams and the York Tapping Group complied a list of questions for when EFT is not making progress and Gary Craig published it in his newsletter read: Getting EFT Blocks and Barriers out of the way And Linda Wood has been teaching how to run EFT Weight Loss Groups in Trondheim, Norway. She is teaching Magical Tapping Bears in Lancashire in November. There are more of the popular surrogate tapping days EFT for Animals on 6th November or 13th February for everyone to learn a three stage process for surrogate tapping.

	The 2010 AAMET Gathering The 2010 Gathering was launched at the Masterclass and registrations have already reached 25% of capacity. Subjects range from EFT for shame, for M.E. for smokers, for animals, for babies, for children, for doctors, for business and more... and great value at £99 for the weekend including lunch. Our special guest Gary Craig (yes really) will be joining us from California by live tele link and he as asked me to tell you that you can ask him any questions you like... On the Friday and Monday there are full and half day workshops in addition to the weekend event. Diane Holliday's workshop on Friday afternoon teaches how to tap with couples and relationship or family problems. 	Facebook Tapping Tale Here is a sensitive and moving Tapping Tale from Ruth Ablett one of our Gathering presenters. Ruth's family had a recent bereavement and Ruth was faced with a distraught sister-in-law 300 miles away and much too tearful to speak on the phone. Read Ruth's account of how she calmed her by tapping though Facebook chat. Facebook_Tapping At the Gathering Ruth, who worked with mums and babies in the NHS for 20 years ad is now a doula, will be presenting Cuddle Therapy: Seeing the traumas that come from premature births, stillbirth and IVF: Ruth realised there had to be a better way. She founded Cuddle Therapy with EFT to help mums and babies and then found it helpful in nursing homes for Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Ruth will share and demonstrate the principles of the technique that so makes a difference, right from our first breath.

	Tapping Tale: Sister in my Back Joan Draper suffered back ache since her younger days as a student nurse. Read her tapping tale Sister in my Back of how EFT helped clear long held in emotion and how well the results have lasted. Joan Draper an experienced solution focused counsellor is presenting at the Gathering on her experiences introducing EFT to Smoking Cessation groups in the NHS and a light hearted look at designing and starting an NHS pilot study for EFT and Smoking groups. The EFT Gathering is run as a fund raiser for EFT Research and the AAMET. All the presenters and organisers give their time as volunteers and all the profits go to help spread and support EFT. 	EFT and Beyond The EFT & Beyond book is now available as you will know doubt know from the many emails buzzing around. My copy arrived and has hardly been put down since. I am so pleased to have contributed two articles "EFT Imagineering" and "EFT for Animals" and proud to see articles by my students: Linda Wood and Helen Walker. This is a superbly practical book. The 28 authors (with excellent editing by John and Pamela) communicate what their applications of EFT can achieve AND the how-to details that enable you to start tapping straight away. This is a masterclass in 500 pages, a book to savour and to dip in and out of. Each article leading to days of tapping, pondering and self exploration which really give you your money's worth. EFT Workshops: Repeat for Free EFT Foundations is now running every month with breaks over the summer and Christmas, EFT Practitioner Level 2 runs every other month as does The Art of Delivery, EFT Level 3. Retreats at Parcevall Hall are in June, August and October. Referrals. The online registration system asks "How did you find out?" When someone gives your name you will get either £10 off your next course or a free dvd when they pay in full. So when you spread the word please remind people to give your name so that you get the credit. Bursary Places. There are one or two bursary places available on each workshop for those who work for a charity, have the permission of the charity to use EFT in their work and are not also running a private practice. Repeat for Free. If you have trained with me and places are available on Level 1,2 and 3 workshops you can repeat a workshop you have previously attended for no additional cost. And this counts towards your CPD Repeat with Gwyneth. If you have already done AAMET Level 1, 2 or 3 with another EFT trainer and would like to repeat your training with me then you are eligible for a 50% discount on the full price of these workshops. Again this counts towards your CPD hours.
