The EFT Course. If you are new to EFT and have not yet done an EFT workshop then the EFT Course is a good set to start with to learn the basic skill and applications (if you have done a live workshop then its great to refer to after and to consolidate your learning). If you are a therapist then this set contains useful discs for you to copy and give to your clients. Includes the excellent "Dave's Fear of Water" and the PTSD sessions conducted at the Veterans Administration. In all 7 DVDs, a disc of audios and the manual and all you need to get started.
EFT Beyond the Basics. Filmed at two workshops on energy psychology and EFT in the mid 90s this set delves into advanced cases, understanding of intention and developing intuition. There are some excellent cases to learn from and lectures from pioneers in the field. Tapas Fleming does a demonstration of Tapas Acupressure Technique and William Tiller gives a substantial lecture on the physics of intention. Gary Craig says that we all are born into a Palace of Possibilites but that as we and others 'write on our walls' such statements as "I'm not good enough" or "I have to keep quiet to be safe" then the writing on our walls becomes our reality and we close down whole sections of our palace. Borrowing Benefits. This set is my personal favourite, I watch these over and over again. Borrowing Benefits is the EFT term for one person "piggy backing" on the therapy of another and receiving the benefit for themselves. This set of DVDs shows 12 superb therapy sessions and gives you instructions on how to watch these, tap along with the person on the screen and receive benefit for yourself. If you are new to EFT and want to use EFT as a self help tool then this is the second set for you to get. For therapists these 12 live therapy cases show Gary using EFT in the more free flowing advanced manner that has superceded the basic recipe. These cases are excellent to watch for CPD or to learn the skill of reframing with EFT. Speciality Series One. This set is brilliant! For therapists seeking CPD and self help users who have really caught the EFT bug and are hungry for more there are hours of delights. There is a whole day workshop with Gary Craig on Doing Business with EFT in which he coaches us to use EFT to overcome our blocks to advancement in business. There are four superb lectures and from highly experienced specialists. Lori Lorenz MA speaks from her personal experience of healing sexual trauma and helping victims of sexual abuse and this is the most informative and moving lecture I have ever heard on the subject. Ann Adams LCSW introduces us to the world of distressed and disturbed children and teaches us through heart warming stories how to use EFT with young people. Carol Look DCH gives us insight into using EFT with weight loss and addictive behaviour. Paul and Layne Cutright present their approach to couples therapy with EFT. Speciality Series Two. Again this is an excellent set for EFT therapists and for self help users who are really keen. There are 8 sessions of lectures and demonstrations with superb EFT therapists. This is worth getting for Pat Carrington's session on Choices alone (how to introduce the positive with EFT). Psychiatrist David Lake gives a useful lecture on understanding PTSD and Steve Wells on Peak Performance. Naturopath Sandi Radomski's lecture is a comprehensive introduction to understanding allergic reactions and helping with EFT, again the set is worth getting for that alone. Mastering EFT.These superb examples of EFT in action were filmed at the Mastering EFT "bootcamp" in Denver, Colorado in 2006 and I feel honoured to be a part of it having contributed to several of the Masters panels. Serious Diseases One.Over the last few years Gary Craig has run workshops in America and one at Bolton in the UK. The format of these workshops has been that he works on stage with people who have for some time been suffering from serious illness. Many of us will have experienced EFT's one minute wonders as in the treatment of phobias and headaches but here Gary is using EFT to work on the emotional roots and emotional responses to serious illness. The expectation is of gradual change through persistance and yet in each session we see symptoms decrease, limiting beliefs dissolve and change happening. The sessions show a range of illnesses and Gary's tremendous skill and rapport and the spirit and courage of those he works with.
