EFT Innovations is the workshop in which Gwyneth Moss shares her philosphy of emotional health and recent innovations in EFT.

Gary Craig said of energy psychology: "we are on the ground floor of the healing high rise". Well as the years go by there is constant innovation which takes us up step by step. Once you have ascended the first three levels of your own healing high rise where do you go from there? This workshop aims to bring together fellow climbers who want to understand the context in which they work, climb higher and differentiate their EFT practices.

Gwyneth Moss passed the EFT Masters exam in 2006, the fifth person in the UK to gain the title and the eleventh worldwide. She is continually innovating and developing new EFT techniques and exploring the context and philosophy of emotional health. Gwyneth was featured by Gary Craig on the Mastering EFT Dvd set and has received acclaim from all over the world for her common sense and direct, clear thinking approach to EFT. Her own DVDs the Tap-Along series EFT-Helps are a study in EFT excellence.

At the last three International EFT Masterclasses she presented "Tapping, Trauma and the Brain", EFT Imagineering and the Moodlines technique all with excellent audience feedback.

This EFT Innovations workshop will allow an experienced group to benefit from these innovations. The workshop has a flexible agenda such that requests from the group can be incorporated or topics followed up as they emerge. The format will be of teaching, demonstration, exercises in pairs and as a group, followed by feedback and discussion. What may be taught can include:

- How are You or "visual SUDs" and "visual feedback"

- the Moodlines technique for finding core issues

- Using Projection and drawing to "put it out there"

- The Voices Grid, using timeline to unstick stuckness

- the Tapping, Trauma and the Brain presentation

- EFT Imagineering

- Role Play tapping for mentoring

- Three approaches to Surrogate tapping for animals

- Integrating aspects of personality using Protective Distancing

- What works in Marketing and promoting EFT

- The Family Web, tapping across the generations

Open to all and is intended for those who have already gained a degree of confidence in using EFT. Remember that one definition of confidence is "knowledge plus practice" so ideally you will have completed EFT Level One, Two and Three workshops and tapped with a good deal of people including yourself. However that said the workshop is open to all so if you have a curiosity for innovative and advanced EFT don't be put off if you feel you havn't collected enough certificates.
