The Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine for EFT Practitioners

Ever wondered what actually happens in the body when you tap a point? Or why we tap points in EFT?
EFT is like a bridge between the talk therapies and the touch therapies, especially those derived from the chinese understandings of energy and health. EFT combines use of language and tapping on meridian points. Many of us come to EFT from a talk therapy background and have a good understanding of human communication, language and the psychology of how people hold problems. This workshop is designed to introduce you to the other side of the bridge and teaches the holistic fundementals of chinese mind-body medicine.
Come and learn in a practical two day workshop which will complement your EFT training.
By the end of the workshop you will:
- understand basic five element (acupuncture) theory and what meridians are.
- be able to look for the causal trauma of a person's presenting symptoms
- know what each acupuncture point is for and how they relate to each other in treatment.
- understand the properties of the elements (and points) in terms of behaviour and emotions.
- understand what you are doing when you tap the points.
- know how to enhance your practice with relevant flower essences in a practical way.
