We Are All Connected
A powerful and moving workshop that explores the beyond in "EFT and Beyond" in a peaceful and deeply supportive environment. This workshop has grown out of my work with surrogate tapping and group work with family reconstruction. Each year I run retreats at Parcevall Hall for small groups of EFT Practitioners and increasingly these have become profound and spiritual experiences as we work deeply with that which is beyond the rational and explicable.
We may experience and learn from some of the following processes:
Talk About - Talk To - Talk As
A simple three stage process for surrogate tapping for both animals and people. Issues of permission. Guided surrogate tapping, how to help someone to tap for someone else using the three stage process
Role-play Tapping
Particularly useful for stuckness in relationships and when only one person in the stuck relationship is present.
The Web of Life
Group family reconstruction work using surrogates was pioneered by Virginia Satir and later developed by Bert Hellinger. I trained with Wilf Proudfoot who was for many years a student of Virginia Satir.
We are all connected and the connections are especially strong within families. When life and love flow smoothly through the fabric of the generations all are nourished. When early loss, separation, violence, rejection and war tear the family fabric the shock waves travel through the generations. Sometimes a behaviour, strong emotion or pain does not make sense in a persons life and yet it does make sense in the lives of previous generations. We can find ourselves unknowingly acting out the traumas of our grandparents. In the 'Web of Life' we model several generations of a person's family with group members playing the roles as surrogates. We and thus the traumas in the family.
In this advanced process using group role play surrogate tapping we use EFT to heal the rips in the family web through several generations. The experience is deeply moving and the results are profound and far reaching.
Workshop Format
We arrive at 5pm on Sunday and have a session to spend time getting to know each other. What has brought us to this retreat and what do we hope to take away. After a delicious Parcevall Hall dinner we relax and talk EFT.
On Monday we will have two sessions in the morning and will start by exploring surrogate work for animals and for stuck relationships. In the afternoon we will do our first family reconstruction with EFT.
On Tuesday we will do a second family reconstruction in the morning. After lunch is time to review our learning and tie up loose ends. We conclude with the afternoon tea break.
Who is this workshop for?
You are likely to be experienced with EFT and open minded about such concepts as distant healing and reincarnation if you have read this far. You do not need to "believe" in such things but ready to explore. I would suggest that you have completed EFT training at least to Level Two as this retreat does not seek to teach EFT. Training dates are in the column to the left.
