| The ABC of EFT
Here are simple instructions for the basic application of Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is seemingly simple and yet there is a great deal of skill in the awareness of how to use words to focus emotion and follow through with the process. This skill is taught in EFT workshops.
EFT Practitioners learn how to find starting points in what can appear to be an overwhelming issue and then follow the mind and body guidance step by step to clear unhelpful emotions. When we feel calm, we think clearly and act resourcefully. Often due to unhelpful emotions from the past we create imaginary problems that prevent us from taking action to solve our real problems. EFT can act to clear the emotion of the imaginary problems such that we can take action and do something about the real problems and so move forward in life.
Ideally you should be introduced to EFT by an EFT Practitioner who can answer your questions and guide you to a helpful learning experiece however if you would like to try out EFT for yourself then follow the ABC instructions here. You can also download a free basic manual and find lots of interesting case histories and can purchase low cost training DVDs which are excellent and a cost effective route to learning EFT.
